Whilst surfing the net the other day, I came across a new interesting body fat website. The website claims to show you a way to cancel what calories you eat during the day, then the energy you need is taken from your fat reserves.
They claim that there is:
- No skipping of meals.
- No involvement of starving yourself.
- No need to make any changes to your eating habits.
- No counting of calories.
- No need to take exercise.
- No shakes, expensive special meals or even supplements.
After reading through the website, I was bowled over by the amount of information on offer, together with the unique methods involved. Here is an excerpt of the type of information:
